Answer: The viscosity of the clear coat, the amount of paint from the spray gun, the standard air pressure size, and the spraying technique are often mentioned. First, your clear coat might be too thick; I use a ratio of 2:1, with 2 parts clear coat and 1 part epoxy hardener, and then add a bit of paint thinner for the final spray. Second, when spraying the clear coat, if the gun is moved too slowly, it should be pressed while moving.

Answer: It depends on whether the car paint is coarse silver or fine silver. If fine silver is used, even if the ratio is correct, it will spray finely; for coarse silver, it needs to be sprayed thinner, and it's best to do it after preparing the base and sanding with fine sandpaper.
The paint thinner should also be chosen based on the external temperature; use slow-drying thinner in hot weather and fast-drying thinner in cold weather. It is essential to follow the manufacturer's instructions. The spray gun used is also very important; if the atomization effect is not good, it will directly affect the result. It is recommended to use a well-known brand of spray gun.

Answer: Reduce the atomization a little, and also lower the standard air pressure slightly. The best effect for testing the gun is to atomize it to the finest. When spraying the interface, spray it a bit wet, then dry it to see how it looks.
If it is still not ideal, spray it multiple times. If the water at the interface is too wet, it will run. The car paint thinner will not work well, and if the interface needs polishing, using paint thinner will be better. Also, when spraying the interface with clear coat, use more paint thinner, adjust it to be very thin, similar to what I mentioned above, meaning spray without blowing.

Answer: First, the base layer must be well done. Spray a white base, which is easy to bite. After the white base is well sprayed, spray the pearl. Remember: the viscosity of the pearl must be adjusted correctly, do not make it thicker. Adjust the pearl and start spraying; usually, the pearl should float twice, and after each spray, check the color against a reference to see if it is close. The color should ideally be slightly lighter than the original car before spraying the clear coat.
5. I just sprayed a Mazda 6. There was no problem with one coat of clear coat, but the second coat has water spots. I had water before spraying. Answer: You can check if the water spots are causing small pits! It could also be that the clear coat hardener has expired and is not curing properly! Also, after mixing the clear coat, you need to stir it for a while! Spray it 15 minutes after mixing!
